Hugh Gallacher –
founder of U2XL Ltd and presenter of our key programmes
After experiencing work related stress Hugh began to look around for ways to take back control of his life. He found an inner strength as he began to explore the field of personal development. He has gone on to research and experiment in this field for over 12 years bringing his own brand of action focused follow through to build on timeless wisdom available from others down through the years. Hugh founded U2XL as a vehicle for enabling many other individuals and organisations benefit from the vast experience he has built up over those years.
He has fulfilled a variety of consultancy roles over the years including inspirational workshop facilitator, charismatic conference speaker (attendees words not his) and training and coaching of business managers in a variety of sectors. His experience spans many different sectors including key players in manufacturing (e.g. BAE and Rolls Royce), financial services in particular three of the main high street banks, service sector (as diverse as BT and Marriott Hotels) and a number of national government agencies and departments including Department of Work and Pensions, the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and a number of local authorities.
Hugh has gathered his knowledge not only in the UK but also internationally in USA, Japan, Hong Kong and South Korea. He has taken his experience across Europe and as far a field as South Africa and one of his favourites Mauritius (someone had to do it!).
His philosophy of life is that everyone has within them the resources to achieve what they truly desire. Hugh sees his role is to help others awaken that desire and tap into their full potential to achieve real outcomes.
